Pack the Items
Place the product in its original packaging with all tags intact and include the invoice to ensure a smooth inspection process.
Pickup Arrangement
Our courier partner will arrive at your doorstep within 48-72 hours to collect the package at no additional cost for eligible returns.
Quality Check & Refund
Once the item reaches our warehouse and passes a quality inspection, your refund or exchange will be processed within 5-7 business days.
